look for a company called Ardbeg it comes in a green bottle and has one of the most interesting taste ever, price is from 50-150 depending on the age. age.... they have a 18yr thats 116 proof and the Ardbeg Beist 1990 is somthing prob even your girlfriend will enjoy.

Find something that you can't pronounce the name too.... it'll have a totally diffrent flavor than the larger commercial companies like johnny, and even glenlivet.

I've got the 12 and 16 yr. single malts that will probably take that long to drink. Since my in-laws are Mexican, I keep a nice bottle and a shitty bottle of tequila on stand-by. I'm partial to the Anejo's for the good stuff.

The only reason you keep a bottle is if supply was low for that given year or if it's a special blend/reserve that you have a feeling will be worth money later on.
once it is bottled it will stop aging.

Guess you can be right. But most people would never have heard of that bottle before. I've been working in night clubs for almost a decade now and I only heard of that bottle last year. lol! ... I dunno,... I still love my Bookers 127 bourbon.
