The highest hp Roush is 435, rated at the crank, with the exception of the limited edition P-51A (510hp).

is it a superchared roush from the factory or did he buy a roush and throw a whipple on it. If he did the 2nd way the car has the potential for 500 to the tire. Know a few poeple back east running set ups like that. Should be a drivers race once you factor in weight, and whoever has a tire will def take it if the other is on street tires

He bought it straight from Roush! With the Supercharger already installed!

Look at the roush website a little bit and then re-think being scared. The stage 3 is supposed to only put out around 415 rwhp, has a bunch of weight added onto it in the form of body kits and lastly, its a mustang. $21,000 not well spent.

Put it this way, with mods/hp in my sig I smashed 2 of those stage 3 roush supercharged mustangs. And im in a full options full weight Camaro
The type of people that would buy a roush mustang are the type of people who a good car sales can BS the living **** out of. They probably told him it has 500hp at the dealership.
The 2nd stg3 car a smoked, I talked to the guy afterwards and he was all pissed because the salesman told him he'd be untouchable on the street with his overpriced turd. Still had the paper plates on the car.

I ran the owner of Stage 3 Motorsports over here in Phoenix the other night... he was driving his Stg. III Roush Mustang... supercharged for sure... I think his other mods were a pulley and exhaust... not sure...
anyways, we ran from about 50 on the freeway... to be honest, we were neck and neck... I asked him later to tell me who he felt won, he said he felt that he nudged me out at the end... I feel the other way around lol... so who knows. But, it was a good *** race I will say that
