Default I passed Smog...

Though I had to put my stock exhaust back on to do it...but the 224 and LS6 intake still made it through.

Two more years!! Woo hoo

how long did it take you to swap the exhausts?

Not bad, probably about 6 hours or so. The trick was getting the EGR to look like it was hooked up without actually hooking it up. LS6 intake made that a bit challenging.

lol so you just had the hose look like it went into the ls6 intake lol that's sweet

I just basically did the "hacksaw" mod on the end of the EGR that goes into the LS1 intake, then through a rubber cap over the hole. Then I bent the tubing I just kind of flex the tube a little so it put pressure on the intake to look like it was going in.

I f'd it up though when I routed it, I accidentally made it too hard for the electrical connect to reach without lifting up on the hose and the f'n smog tech said, oh your EGR isn't hooked up, grabbed the connector and noticed the thing was just sitting on the Intake instead of in it. I was like, c'mon man, he said, well as long as you remove the stopper and it's drawing air into the exhauust, it's legal in my opinion, so he let it fly.

I'll get pics though and post up, I think if I had the connector hooked up and routed correctly he never would have noticed.
