Maybe so, Ive heard great **** about you from a guy i met in modesto,Everybody will have headaches issues etc etc...Like i said I know alot of people who have dealed with majority of the tuners in norcal and they all have their preference..
BUT Let's remember how many tuners try to do the best they can with what the customer brings!!! Majority of the time I see tuners WARNING people they need this and that,,BUT the owner doesn't want to listen! So then It's the tuners fault BECAUSE THE owner a CHEAP S.O.B.![Nod](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_nod.gif)

Wow it has been a long time since I made this thread. Thanks for all the advice. I ended up going with a mail order tune from "Frost" as I personally don't believe now that a $500 dyno is worth it for a bolt on car such as mine. When I do get my 228R 114LSA cam I will not be going to Force Fed. I am appauled at the story about how they dyno tuned that car and just did WOT.

Guys, I'm stoked. Moving from Knoxville, TN to Sacramento next month. I've had my Gen 1 V for a month and was hoping I could easily find a good tuner to tune the car (bring down engine temp/lower thermostat, tune for headers/exhaust, intake... maybe cam and head work). So I'm stoked! Thanks!

Sac Folsom Roseville...cool place I would rather be in Sac more action and closer to everything...but you should be alright..As far as the tuning goes...Newtech I hear about them constantly..personally frost would be the way I go..but I have HP tuners so I'm learning as we go along.

I've used Mark since my first ODBII Camaro and have had nothing but applause for the guy. Tuned up my 4L60 and tweaked my fuel trims as we driving around the block. If i have any questions I just text him...sometimes he replies quickly, sometimes its a few days, but I always get a response back. I just wish he had his own shop. As far as I know he doesn't use SVS anymore, he uses Motor Machine and the guy who owns the place is rather "grumpy" to put it politely. And Motor Machine is expensive on dyno time costs. Mark is great at tuning and good priced...just be for warned that dyno time is big expense.
