Lightly modified 2002 v6 Camaro
2002 SOM v6 Camaro
45,000 miles, bought it 5 years ago with 19,000 miles on it. Only miles I have put on it have been back and forth to school on the turnpike (~500 mile trip each way).
It has nitrous and all, but has never been raced on the street, and only twice at the track (both times it was basically stock). Never even went through a full bottle.
Rear seat delete (still have all the seats though)
Warbird hood (still have the stock hood)
Flat black berger panel (still have original panel)
Gunmetal 10 spoke rims (still have stockers)

Its garaged from early October-end of March, has only seen rain/snow a few times.
How much could I get for it?
The other issue is that I am planning on moving out of the country for a few years once I graduate from college (this May). I have a garage where I can store it (parents) but I don't know if I could deal with seeing it sitting there getting all dusty and whatnot.
On top of this, I will most likely be going to the Middle East... where Lumina SSs are abundant. I love those cars and would go to great lengths to buy one there and bring it back to the States with me. If I manage, I'm not sure how much use the sixxer would get.
I figure if I sell the in-dash DVD player and the add-on parts separately, I might be able to get about 9k. Is this feasible?

9K lol you need to set your alarm clock earlier and quit dreaming! and if your selling it take the nitrous out no one wants a car that some kid put NO2 in...
GOOD news: tht car is hot for a Sixxer, and u can find a high school kid who would pay around 6k easily for tht car..
IMO keep it because it looks awesome (SOM
) its worth more then 6k but thts what v6 camaro's go for I stated 9,000 as a total, after selling the hood, berger panel, wheels, in-dash dvd, nitrous, etc.
That would take the price of the CAR to 7,000 or so. Any lower than that and it just wouldn't be worth it. I would rather make it into a kitchen table.

Wow.. big suprise.. at the above posts lol...
This car may not be worth as much as A z28 would to you guys.
I promise you there is a market for people that want A Camaro, and could care less about how many cylinders it has.
This car would be put up for 9k easy on a dealership lot.
Selling it yourself could go to 9k, but Would sell faster and easier for 8ish..

I just bought my 01 z28 SOM with 32k miles, t-tops, monsoon and all the mods in the sig for 9k. Your out of you mind if you believe those cars you posted will actually pull 10k being a v6 camaro's. They maybe listed for but definitly won't fetch that much. I bought my v6 pontiac firebird 4 years ago for $6500 mint condition with 73k miles..
For the right buyer looking for a SOM Camaro not wanting A v8. They will pay this. This is life, Get over it.
I've decided not to sell it at least until the summer. At which point, I'll just try to go for a local sale. People on these websites are looking for performance, hence why anything without an LS1 doesn't sell for ****. Around here I could find someone just looking for a fun car that gets a bunch of looks.
