02 WS6 SOM Auto Vert 35K Miles
I have been kicking around the idea of changing cars bit was curious what the market is now-adays for a car like mine. I have around 35K miles, car is in great shape. Minor bolt on mods like cat back Borla exhaust and filter. I have the original filter I may put back on for complete stock look.
Camel / black two tone interior. Convert boot. Tires are good shape, brakes have about 2K miles on them. Car is definitely a turn key.
Car is currently in storage but should be coming out in a couple weeks. Located in suburb of Chicago.

$10k is ridiculous! The SOM color is HUGE and it being a convertible adds value as well to those looking for that special, rare, LOW MILEAGE car. Not many SOM verts exist in the F-body world. Very, very few!! The exhaust may be a negative but not a deal killer. I agree about putting the filter back to stock, but again, not a deal killer. I would ask in the high teens and adjust the price accordingly as time passes. People will gladly pay a premium for your car if you are patient. The right season is approaching and I think you will find many interested parties. Taking less then $15k would be a shame but may be necessary if you MUST sell in a hurry. It would also be an absolutely great buy for someone if that was the case. Good luck if you sell. Don't be low-balled! You have a highly desired car provided you are being sincere and honest about condition and a clear title.

Thanks to everyone. I am not even sure what I want to do and I know no one can answer other than myself.
I am considering the new Camaro SS but would really consider waiting for the vert version. I drove one this weekend and it is fast and nice, but nothing beats a convertible in summer.

Excellent condition?? Low Mileage??? Clear title??? Rare color?? How many owners?? Is it really the same type car the OP is asking about??? If you can answer YES to all these questions, then you made quite a deal. Anyone can pipe in and say they paid this or that for a certain car but the cars are actually light years apart in the important valuable categories. I've seen owners compare and brag about their 'great' cars that have salvage titles and high mileage, actually thinking they are the same thing as MINT #2 condition low mileage cars. How wrong is that? Bragging is part of human nature but only if 'apples are apples' and not 'apples and oranges'.
