With to good engine bay? Right?

Would it help if the interior was perfect and basically every bearing and ignition item was new also?

Yes the good engine bay. That's just what I would pay for it, probably worth more in other people's eyes.

It's all about the quality of the install on the aftermarket stuff. The upgrades are worthless if they weren't done right and can actually hurt the value of the car.

How is the tune with the stall? Does it perform correctly in all conditions?
What supporting mods were done with the cam? Who did it?
Do the rear gears whine? Does the car bottom out in the rear suspension?

It's been painted. Was it actually painted well?
A concourse repaint compared to "Jim and Larry spray bombing it in Jerry's garage because Jim owed Larry money" are two polar opposites.

Things of this nature need to be explored before an informed price decision is made.

Is there a reason why you are going for an LT1 car? With sports car season winding down, I have been seeing some pretty good deals on LS1 cars that are definitely in your price range.
