Whats it worth-00 WS6
Thinking about listing my 2000 WS6 for sale, I live in Ohio and I don't get much time to drive it in the winter months and I'm condensing down to 1 car.
The Bad
-dime sized piece of clear peeling on sail panel
-17 year old paint (7/10 IMO)
-Driver seat tear
-Driver window motor going out
-122k approximately
The Good
-Fast 92 with Nick Williams 92
-Pacesetter LT's
-Egr!
-AIR!
-dyno 355 to wheels
-True WS6
-BMR rear LCA's/Panhard bar (all adjustable)
-Sub-frame connectors (weld-in)
In the northeast its a rare find IMO and I looked on auto trader the next closest WS6 there was one in TX with 110k asking $9900 much cleaner than mine TBH. I thought about asking 7500 come down to 6800 or so considering the work it needs done. Not replacing or doing anything to the car selling as is. just looking for opinions and appreciate all.

In my opinion that's reasonable if it's a stick. If it's an auto, I would take less. Probably not what you want to hear. Not being mean, I'm just going off what I've seen in my area.
Good luck on what you decide to do.

M6 or A4? Color?
You're estimate of pricing seems reasonable for an A4. An M6 brings about $700-$1,000 more. When evaluating how rare these are, you have to lump all the 1998-2000 WS6's together. Then realize while those are probably scarcer than the more common 2001-2002's lumped together, the earlier versions bring about 10% less money. When viewed against all 5 years of the LS1 WS6, nearly all of them with 122K miles are not all that difficult to run across.

However, I don't agree with the rarity statement. There are several LS1 WS6s for sale in WI, IL, IN, MI at least - some are ads that I've seen listed for quite some time. All of them are closer to you in OH than anything in TX would be. Remember, there are other popular listing sources besides just AutoTrader (Cars.com, Craigslist, Ebay to name a few.)

yes it is a 6 speed car. I'm thinking about listing it at 7500 obo and if no bites lower to a firm price. Its not the end of the world if I keep it for another season but I'd like to get into a BMW either 335i or M3.
