$16K for a Berger 90K mile clone?....in the wrong model year to boot. Why buy this modified 90K mile car with 90K mile electronics, paint, and body? You can go out a buy a REAL 1 of 100 or so 2000-2002 Berger's with 20K miles for around $19K-$22K. That was the price 2 yrs ago when I was looking at them.

I guess this is one way to get top dollar for your 1998 Camaro. There's no way this car is close to "flawless" or "needs nothing" with 90K miles. Even 20K mile cars are far from flawless, and usually need stuff done. For one, the driver's floor mat doesn't match the interior...chalk up $25-$50 to get the right one.

Originally, when this thread was started yesterday, he did NOT identify it as a clone. That being said, this is a terrible job at cloning a Berger. Just bought some stickers off ebay and upped the price of his car by 8k.

Berger panel, exhaust, wheels, year model, airbox lid, seats, etc. etc. are all terribly wrong.

I wonder if he has a picture of the door tag.

Default 98

Call it whatever you want BUT it is not a Berger SS Camaro or a GMMG.
There's no door tag.

Looks like he changed his ad and started calling it a clone. When I first came across it, he made no mention of that fact.

Hi Jim,
Curious on your collection. Do you buy other GMMG cars and sell them or are you just selling your personal collection? There is a nice Maroon GMMG SS on ebay. I emailed you about if you know where I could get a SOM GMMG car, prefer a 6 speed car. BTW your links on GMMG Registry don't work. I take it there is no way to buy GMMG parts without owning a gmmg on your site?
