That's ridiculous! No, you are not cheap. The guy is dreaming, plain and simple. I wouldn't touch that car with so many decent ones still around with 1/4 the mileage. It is nothing but a future money pit with 200k on it. You would have 20k locked up in the car in no time flat. I hope there are not any naive buyers out there in this guys local area.
