Hi. Holy dead thread batman.
Billet Specialties fronts only come in 17x7 bubba. (For the application you're talking about.)
17x11"s are made to fit our cars. You'll be alright.

I got these wheels, they are flat. you cant get them in anything other than a mustang bolt pattern but since i had to get the rear axle narrowed over a foot(used a dana 60) i figured i would change the bolt pattern and be different.

I don't remember the exact cost, I picked them up from a local buddy that works directly with AR Customs department, I do remember they cost more then a normal rear tt2. The tires are M/T ET streets Picked up from Speed Inc. I ordered the rear end from speed inc and had help with measuring and placement of the wheel by Larry @ speed Inc and Z8's, There were no extra charges involved with ordered a narrowed S60 as far as I know. The exhaust in the ground pic was Kooks 1-7/8th LTs, ORY, Hooker Catback with 3'' cutout, it was a great setup. I switched to a Custom ORY, Mufflex 4'' Catback with a 4'' Cutout seen in sig pic below. Hope I got them all!

You aren't going to be able to get a lip bigger than the standard 17x11's and tuck them within the fenders without a narrowed rear....... Page two shows his custom wheels on a standard length rear, and as you can see, they stick out probably 2" on either side. I'm not sure what exactly you're asking otherwise.
