Default New Drag rims Greg Welds all around :)!!!

Well it took a **** load of grinding but I finally got them on and the calipers still look plenty strong. Springs still need to settle a bit and Ill be picking up some drag shocks and brakes in the near future to finish it off.
What do you think?

Those are sexy. I bet your hurting from all that grinding. I know I would never have the patience for that. I hop my draglites go on without too much effort.

Yeah, they look good. What kind of grinder did you use. I have read to just get a cheap one and take longer doing it, but I wan't one that will go right down with it.

Harbor frieght tools grinder, I used a standard grinding wheel to get the mass of it off then went over it with a 60 grit sanding wheel to finish and get all those pesky rubs wihout taking off to much.
Worked as good as any other angle grinder I have used

I had that grinder b4 and it broke asap, since then Ive been using an orange one they sell with great luck so far. They also sell a grinding kit that has a couple cut off wheels, grinding wheels and a few sanding wheels. Thats what I always buy, and works great!

Ok, thank you. I had just picked the most basic ones because I would only use it once or twice, but now that I know its no good, I'll get that one.

Thanks Sean!! Heard you met my dad last week at the rolling meadows show. You told him a bit about your car. He has a mint White 64 Ford Failane 500. Not sure if he had the car there.
