OEWheels deep dish ZR1's on pewter SS
I ordered my Zr1's from OEwheels on monday July the 6th and got them Thursday July 9th. Needless to say I was ecstatic since they said it would be about two weeks for delivery Way to go Oewheels! I also got a set of brand new shiny lug nuts included in my shipment. I got them mounted and balanced with the Sumi's. Before I put the rims on I took off the Vette stickers since well....it's not a vette lol. I took some before pics of my dirty SS and then got to work jacking up the SS in hopes of everything fitting correctly and it did. When the car is jacked up the Bump stops are SERIOUSLY close on the passenger side and once I had the passenger side fitted the drivers side side rear ZR1 was touching the bumpstop. If this happens to you have no fear because once you put a load back on the wheels the bump stop clears the rim and tire with ease. The fit on my drivers side was a tad tighter than the passenger rear, i could fit a bit more than a finger between the wheel and a small portion of the wheel well. I had my mechanic/ cop neighbor come over and check out the wheel situation. We shook the car up and down and side to side to check clearances and had no issues with rubbing. I have had to do zero BFH nor have I had to shave the bumpstops. Below are some picture of my boxes of rims/tires and some misc pics.
This is my car before the rims, stock 10 spoke with pirelli's 275's
Again
Buddies 09 cobalt SS in back
Above is my beautiful boxes of rims packaged carefully with foam over the front sides of my rims
Above is the rear 315 with a 2" lip, btw these silver rims have a nice finish.
Poke the 315, it looks quite large in this picture.
Above is showing just how close the bump stop comes to the rim BEFORE you put a load on.
Above is the difference between stock lug nuts and the OE offers.
Closeness of the drivers side wheel to the wheel well

Looks good. I ordered some of the exact rims but polished. Most likely should have them put on today. Will have pics up soon also. I still havent seen anyone else with the deep dish POLISHED finish.

DAMN that looks good! I have been wanting a set of those EXACT wheels for a while. I have been waiting to see if they would come out with a polished version. Glad I waited! I am sold!!! Those wheels are bad ***!

looks great, Ive been thinking about getting rid of my c5z wheels for a set of these. I see its pretty close to the inner wheel well. I have my car lowered on a bilstein bts setup. In your opinion do you think ima need the bfh?
