let me know what you think and why! also there is a big price diffrents too!!

I think the Street Lites would look great on your car. Im not sure on the price difference, but the street lites are light and you could even do a 17x7 up front for a more street friendly setup. I plan on doing the Street Lites next year, but they will be 17x9.5/17x11.

Then get the street lites. They are stronger than the Bogarts and are more forgiving when it comes to lateral stress and road imperfections. They may not be as light as the Bogart, but IMO, D-10's are a purpose built wheel: To go fast in a strait line and look good doing it.

I would suggest you look at the Weld R/T. Has clearance and will work for both street and strip.

Billet Specialties wheels are in no way "way stronger" than Bogarts bolted street wheels. Bogart and Weld Racing are the only two companies that have a true bolt on street/strip wheel that comes in the correct 15x4 and 15x10 fitment sizes with correct backspace and requires no grinding front or rear. I love my Weld R/T wheels. They come in 12 designs including a black finish, or polished finish. Bogarts street wheels are also very nice pieces. It all comes down to what the consumer wants.

Here is my Bogart D10's, I have billet center caps now and 325/50 ET street radials, I'm thinking about swapping to the 17" alumastars and weldstars in black now though.

Like I said, Weld wheels are not for everyone. I think your car would look great with either choice.

To add a bit of information in the pot. Hopefully folks take the time to read my comments as it should prove rather helpful. This is a comparison and contrast between products, not our wheels are better than others which some may claim.

There are a few different wheel combinations being discussed here. There are drag wheels, and street/strip wheels. They are not one in the same.

Billet specialty wheels are street/strip, welds RT series are street/strip. Welds RT street/strip wheels are the only ones that are direct fit out of the two. We (Bogart) offer both street/strip AND drag combinations of wheels as a direct fitment both front and rear. We can build a 15" road race setup too...but I won't discuss those in here to keep things simple (if I can…lol).

Pricing schedule is as followed: Billet Specialty street/strip wheels will be the least expensive, ours will be next and Welds RT street/strip being the most expensive. If you compare Welds street/strip to our Bogart Street/strip design, they are as followed. I will focus on these two styles as though there are differences, I’d consider them in the same class design. There are tons of styles offered from both either company.

Weld RT Street/Strip combo
Front: 400.00
Rear: 420.00
Total: 1640.00
Bogart Street/Strip combo
Front: 380.00
Rear: 435.00
Total: 1630.00

Net difference of our Bogart street/strip wheels and Welds street/strip wheels are a savings of 10.00. Our drag wheels are far less expensive but I will continue on discussion between like street/strip products. Price comparison is a moot point. Aside from appearance (which is subjective to each person), there are differences and advantages of which I feel we shine. Here's why:

Our fronts can be built for the 4th gen cars using a backspace from 1.75-2”. Welds are set at 1.5” backspace. This tucks our Bogart wheels inward to the fender well up to ½” more and in my opinion giving a better stance and less likelihood of interference with the fender lips. Our wheels are slightly lighter and offer a 3 year warranty. Weld offers a 1 year warranty. We offer anodizing in blue, black, gold and red. Weld offers black only. As an optional upgrade from included standard caps and rubber valve stems we offer custom engraved billet centercaps upgraded bolt-in chrome valve stems.

So someone doesn’t misunderstand my discussion, BOTH our Bogart’s and Welds RT street/strip wheels are high-quality wheels, if you like one over another, choose which you prefer. These particular styles are for all intensive purpose the same price within dollars. You won’t go wrong with your purchase. I do feel we have an edge regarding features and benefits as discussed.

If you do want drag wheels, we have you covered as a direct fit setup as well. They will be far lighter than our Bogart Street/strip wheels and Weld’s RT street/strip wheels. They will also be less expensive than both configurations as well. Realistically, out of what has been asked and discussed, these are the only drag wheels that are being considered…the rest are street/strip wheels.

I can offer a bit of background, if you do prefer the our Bolted drag wheels, I’ve got counting in 15 years about 7 people who have ever damaged one of our BOLTED drag wheels on the 4th gen F-bodies. That’s from the huge pool of sales company wide. I as well as others know most people use drag wheels which are not designed for street use… just like people use weld prostars on the street. This isn't a warranty of fitness or permission to use them as a street wheel...I'm merely pointing out they are actually very strong and durable and have proven the test of time holding up on the street very well (even though they are designed as a drag wheel)...people need to make their own judgment as to what they want to do with them. The drag wheels obviously would offer the best performance benefits from all discussions listed…

They aren't a street wheel as all drag wheels are listed. Let me make this clear, ALL manufactures producing drag wheels do not recommend using them on the street. They are built for drag racing.

As discussed, the bolted versions of our drag wheels are proving very durable as many folks use them on the street against our recommendation. I would suggest if you're considering using a drag wheel on the street against our and other manufactures recommendations to consider our bolted drag version over our non-bolted drag version.

I want to make clear even though a wheel is considered a street/strip wheel, it still can fail. Street/strip wheels as a generalization not as strong as a regular street wheel. Case in point, I believe prostar considers their rear wheel a street/strip wheel actually. A failure was just posted the other day as well as numerous others. I know Billet Specialty street/strip wheels have failed as well...we've used the same outsourced manufactures shells with similar failures.

What needs to be understood is that any wheel can fail. If a wheel is being used for purposes they are not intended for, premature failure can be a result.
