I am looking at two sets of wheels, but I will limit myself to only asking about the one right now

I am looking at the iForged 2 piece Racing Series, they are only offered in 7, 8, 10, 12 in 18"s and 17"s

so I was thinking about running a 17x10 in the front and 18x10 in the rear,
my Formula is lowered, will I have to do any modification to fit these?

and what are the typical back spacing and off sets as well as lip size?

There is not "typical" offset per say . . .

I do not recommend 10" or larger wheels up front unless you are die hard autocrosser . . .

I personnaly cant stand the 17/18 combo on F-Cars . . . but anyway.

A 10" wheel in back can handle on offset of around 35 mm . . . up front I do not know.

from this chart, it appears the fronts will not fit without a spacer

CCW, should be able to adjust the backspacing though

well if the 17/18 combo looks bad on the Fbody, what would you recommend?
these wheels are at the maximum of my budget.
and unless you get the 3 piece from iForged, they only offer 7,8,10, and 12 inch widths on the racing series

that's a great little chart, although it doesn't unfortunately have the smaller stock wheel, the 16x8. Does anyone know what the offset on those is? I'm trying to do the math on some new wheels to see how much they'll stick out in comparison on my 01 TA.

I just got a set of Z06 wheels, the rears are a 18x10.5 with a 58mm offset. I have a 98 Camaro. Was wondering if I should just get a set of 1/4" spacers and will I have to do any other mods in the wheel well? Also, will the studs be long enough to thread without any risks of the wheel falling off?

You are fine at 1/4" Anything thicker would need studs.

either 17" on all four corners or 18" all four corners. . . .

The 17/18 looks fine on the Vette because it was designed that way and the tire are different in diameter too.

F-Cars, really shouldn't run different diameter tires cause the ABS is not programmed to "see" that difference. So the side wall for the front tire is taller than the rear side wall and looks silly to me . . .

Thanks, I have decided not to go with different diameter rims, either 18" 2 piece iForged Evolves or 17" Boyds Rebels
iForged would be 18x10 and 18x9; Rebels would be 17x11 and 17x9.5

just not sure if I want to pay more for tires, 17x11, or more for wheels, iForged

Either set up will be a nice upgrade.

Anyone try 2006 ZO6 rims? I don't know the offset, but 18X9.5 front and 19X12 rear. I am thinking the rears would need to be narrowed to work?

Xsta Z28,

what about 20x8.5 wheels with offset 38
and 245/30-20 tires?
would they fit on a '00 camaro z28?

the tires calculator says yes
could you help?

thanks,
camarobert

The offsets are too big. Spacers would be needed to fit.

15" drag wheels are hard to fit F-car brakes so I seriously doubt a "normal" 15" wheel would fit.

My friend is looking into getting some Cragar chrome rims for his 94 LS1 swapped camaro. If he wants to get some wide tires on the back such as 315's, what do you guys suggest? 15 x 12? Would there be any clearance issues anywhere?

Also do 15" cragars still look good?

315s fit fine on 11" wheels . . . trying to fit a 15" wheel is trick, grantesd they seem to be going on a LT1 rear brake car, which does give you more room . . .

I have some 18x9.5 c5 wheels that I am going to get a set of 1/2" spacers for the rear of my t/a. What length of ARP studs will I need? I have seen 2.5" & 3.25". Also the Baer spacers are the only (non cast iron) ones I have found...are they alright? If the Baers are not any good will you please direct me to a specific place to get some better ones.

Thanks in advance
