I finally got around to mounting these 315/30/18 tires. What a PITA tire to mount on a wheel.....we had to put 80 psi in the tire to get the bead to seat, but it all worked out fine. These stick out a HAIR, but not so much it looks ghetto, I'm actually pleased with it because I was afraid it was gonna look worse. I think this is one step closer to getting the car exactly how I've wanted it. I have my old 295/35/18s at the shop with a little tread left, if anyone wants some tires to play around in or even use at the track at the beach.
Got the car all cleaned up, finally quit being lazy and polish the wheels lips, etc.....heres some pics.
Looks good, but you're going to need mud flaps or something to keep rocks and road spray from destroying your rear quarters, unless this is a trailer queen.
Dear lord I hate TT2s but Now I think I want some thanks to you. That is perfect. Looks Sick man! I think they stick out perfect, just enough to make it look tuff!!
WOW..wasn't expecting this kind of response, thanks people! I hope to have some really nice professioanly quailty photos taken soon of the car, so I'll get those up whenever that comes around!

Yea, my 295s actually slung up a good bit, but with my car being silver its not very noticable. The only parts beat up and the lower area underneath the rear quarters. Hopefully it'll stay that way.

When I measured these tires and saw they were an inch wider than my 295s (which were already flush with the fender) I was a bit worried, but I think it is right on the edge of sticking out too far, and looking just right, I got lucky!

I have no clue about retail price of 18 inch TT2s....I know they have to be custom ordered, bc they only stock 17s. The guy I bought them from, got them from NineBall on here...maybe he can chime in and say how much they orginally cost.

Thanks bud...I got the GMP emblem off of ebay a few years back. I actually snagged 3 of them for like $20. I painted the whole emblem black, and then sanded the top part back down so the lettering stayed black....makes it easy to read and looks better. A quick ebay search found these....
