Default New tires and wheels installed (before and after pics)

After a long winter in storage and as a first step to my mods to come it was desperrately time for a new set of rims and tires. Many thanks to TireRack.com for the wheel and tire package, prices were great, and shipping was super fast. The package I got was 17X9 TTM's wrapped in 275/40ZR17 Goodyear GS-D3 tires. I think it turned out really great

Looks great bro! Now you just need to update your signature picture...

I've also been running Goodyear GSD3s on all my LS1 cars for over 6 years now, I have never looked back!

Thanks for the compliments guys. Yes lowering it would give a killer look, but I'm concerned about the speed humps in my neighborhood given me hell, a buddy of mine has a lowered 04 GTO and can't get to my house b/c of these freakin huge speed humps.

I actually laughed at this comment. It's true though, a good set of lowering springs will really make this car stand out. Also, a black berger panel would compliment the wheels nicely.

Wow Looks Great!! Do the "Hose Mod" to the rearend spring, and then use like a BMR lowering spring up front! A buddy of mine has them on his T/A. JUST right IMO, and he doenst worry about scraping and crap. Just watch how you drive if you lower it..

Why not 10.5 in the rear?
Lower it you won't regret it.

wheels look great but you def need to get some lowering springs and drop it. As for the speed bumps, drive around em, it's worth it!
