I really want to run OEWheels C5 DD 18x10.5 front and back to have the same sized lip all around but I have a few questions.
Can someone running these up front measure the distance from the spokes to the brake caliper? I want to do the CTS-V brake upgrade but have a feeling it cant be done easily with the C5 DD. Is everyone using spacers to make them fit up front or are spacers not needed? Im looking to run 295/35/18 all around. Anyone rocking these rims please post up some pics. Thanks in advance.

24 mm. I didn't use any spacers, running 275 35's up frt. You might need a spacer with 295 35's, depending on the tire make. I test fitted my firestone wide oval 295 35's up front and they were ok, might have rubbed a hair on the fender liner when turning, but it's minor.

Thanks guys. Z34 nut your vette is sexy. I like the matte black DD's just dont want to put them on my NBM WS6. It goes great with the lighter Nassua Blue though. I really want to run some big brakes up front but I dont think anyone running those rims has attempted it.

How does the 275 tire on the fronts look around the lip? I like the block look of the 305's but I know those wont fit on the front. Does the 275 tire on a 10.5 inch rim look like its too small and peeling back or no? Anyone have pics cause I'm thinking of doing 10.5 on all 4 corners too.

^Thanks Perfect. The clunking actually was not the spindle hitting, it was a loose axle on the rear. My gears were shot. Everything is OK now with no spacers, although I do want to throw some on the front. Also debating on getting CCWs, just can't make up my mind on which wheel!
