Default ET Street 28x12.5x15 fitment

I know this is a pretty general question, but i was wondering what other people have had to do to fit a mickey thompson et street bias ply 28x12.5x15 inch tire. The car is a 2001 trans am and i know its easier to fit bigger tires on the ta's flared quarters. I have a buddy that has some of these laying around so i wanted to buy some 15 inch racestars and mount them. Thanks in advance guys.

You need a set of adj lca to make sure the wheel are centered perfectly in the wheelwell and some hammering and you may or may not have to trim the bottom edge of the rear bumper

With a 28x12.5 you're probably going to have to roll the fenders too. Its better safe then sorry. No big deal to do it

I run that tire on mine. Big hammer, roll the fenders, adj LCA's and panhard. Didn't touch the bumper cover, no rubbing with 135mph passes.

that looks nice. Do you have to run tubes with these tires?

BFH and don't be shy when using it! Instead of rolling the fenders I just went ahead and cut off the lip with a grinder! I also grinded down a bit of the bump stop. Never had a problem!
