Default toyo tq vs nt05r 18 drag radial

ok i have been racking my brain and reading posts, which one will last longer???which one will hook better?????i am leaning towards the toyo tq cause they are 199.95 for 315 35 18,and i think they will last longer than nto5r????.m/t and m&h are too much money for a few thousand miles and nt555r will not hook high horsepower but will go 20k miles.. you guys think i can get 12k miles out of toyo tq???

I have the Toyo's on mine now, not saying its a high hp car or anything but they seem to hook very well for me (just lca relocation brackets) As for tread wear its really going to depend on your trips to the track. Burnouts kill these tires a lot worse than street miles do. I don't have a lot of miles on mine but I don't see any problem getting to 12k with them.

what kind of power are you trying to hook up? What are your suspension mods? Are you just driving them on the street?

Hey:

Put Mickeys, MTs or Hoosiers on that beast. If you have to have some Asian tires go Nitto NT05 frt, NT05R rear. Good ole BFGs or Goodyears would also look nice. Gotta Love those old Mopars, Fine old American Muscle needs Yankee rubber. Nice car BTW.
