That depends, how often do you drive the car, will you ever get caught in rain or snow, is tire milage important...?

I run Nittos on the street and ET Streets at the track. Nittos are fine on the street and get good tire milage. They are also OK in light rain. There are other options but this is what I have. Hope this helps.

Ive had the best results with Khumo 712's. Now i want to try the Nitto street tires, not the 555r's. I guess they should be pretty good too, right?

i have heard the nittos are good on the track. i drive the car often. minimal rain no snow. i want a good street tire as well as it giving me a decent grab on the track. i would like to get around 15k out the tires.

Nittos will do all of that. H/C and/or lots of boltons give Nittos a challenge at the track.

(dumb question about cheater slicks and drag radials)
Do you have to heat them in order to get better traction than street tires, or do they get better traction even when they're cold?

I have perelli 7000s super sports, they hook there asses off on the street. They are street tires, not drag radials or anything. I dont drive my car in the rain so i dont know how they do.
