how have your nitto 555r's worn?
Wanting to know how many miles these tires are getting on them? Also with what your driving habbits are. I will be dd them and takn them to the track 2 or 3 times through the year. I dont do big long burnouts with them at the track I usually just warm them up. And daily driving I never do any big burnouts or anything. Im looking to get about a year of driving out of them or 15,000 miles. So how many miles should I expect to get out of them?

I had too much air in my first set of 275's on my Camaro, and still got 13-14k out of them with a few trips to the track and a decent amount of spirited driving. The centers wore too fast on them, because I was running them a little over 30psi. So, I'd run them ~25psi. My 2nd set of 555R's were 315's and I had ~8k on them, and they still had over half tread left with a few trips to the track with 10 or so passes each trip. The 335 Nittos I had lasted ~10k. I only had them for the first 4-5k and they looked pretty new when I got rid of them. But, the kid I sold them too was real hard on them, so they didn't last as long as they should have.

Mine made it about 6 months driving on weekends and 2 trips to the track. Lots of hard street launches and several street burnouts.
Centers wore out quick and they were no longer safe in the rain but I still have a good bit of life left in them for track driving I think.
Wish they weren't so small though or wish the MT would last a little longer.

Mine went 6k miles, I sold them, and they went another 5k miles. I don't burnout just to do it but if I downshift to 2nd @ 55 my car gets a little sideways for a few seconds and I bark the tires for 3rd and 4th; other than that I drive like a grandma, lol. I'm just going with 555's for my next set of 17x11's.

it depends how and where the car is driven. i bought mine used and they were over inflated which made them bald in the center. kept them at 19 psi and got a full summer out of them realizing more and more that the bigger the burnout the better for traction. and i probably made at minimum 50 passes down random roads

I'm running a 315 555R on a factory WS6 wheel. I run them at 22psi on the street so the centers don't wear down as fast. I've only made a handful of passes at the track but they've seen plenty of DD and street action. I'm at about 10,000 miles and they just got down to the wear bars. This is about the time I swap them out as they become less sticky on the street as they age. I'm sure I could squeeze another 4k miles out of them if I run them completly bald to the cords but who likes spinning?
