would it hurt the polished lip? if so i was just going to take out all the bolts and put them in a paint can and stick it on a shaker and just remove the faces while im at it. but ive never taken these apart so its going to be an experience

They go for about $400 each brand new depending on the finish and size.

if i get them looking good and i dont feel like putting money into them for my car (i love my ruff 278's i was thinking all black on them) i could put them up on a bmw board or they would probably work perfect on a GTO and get about 2200 fixed

What i meant was for the nicer finish and bigger sizes they go over $400 each
Ive priced them out for my 69 Firebird, the wide 18X12 sizes.

The size you have im sure must be much cheaper.

well after a long school year i finally had a chance to see what they would look like on my car. the lip on the rear is changed to a 2" and the inner barrel 7" (i know its small but its about the same as my ruffs)
