Default Got the new 18's on

Got some new wheels today, ran out of time to get the rears on but will get some pics tomorrow during the day showing the whole car. They are 18x9.5's with a +35mm offset

There made by Eurotech Luxury Wheels, I think they are BMW-1100 for the model of rim. I'll get some pics tomorrow of all 4 in the daylight, tire size is 275/40-18 Kumho ASX's. I went with the ASX's since they can be rotated and have a decent mileage warranty since these are my daily wheels/tires. Have some new centercaps coming for them, the ones that came with the wheels were damaged

^ I was gonna say I personally needed pics of the whole car in the light before I made a final judgement about em. But from what I seen in the pics you posted they look like a decent looking wheel though.

I like em'. Got the front's done late tonight, they ran out of time to finish the rears. I had to wait for my wife to get home to watch the kids so I could go down there. I'll be sure to snap some nice pics of it tomorrow.

Hey man, if you like em then that's all that should matter. I think they look good from what I can see though.

Thanks! I can't wait to see all 4 on tomorrow in daylight, I'm with you, can't get a "real" feel for it just yet.

I don't know what it is, but they look weird. They look like they have the wrong sized sidewall on the tires. What size tires are they?

That's what I was thinking, but no where NEAR the price lol. I was originally just gonna get a set of 18" Z06's so I could have 18" all around but then decided to just buy these instead.

Ya I hear you. Is 18x9.5 the biggest size you can get? What made you go with a 40 sidewall over 35?

I'm not sure if they offer them bigger as I was looking for 9.5's. I was originally looking at 35's but after looking at a few pics of the 40 sidewall and seeing how my car looked with the ground effects, non-lowered and with smaller sidewalls on my Z06 wheels I decided I wanted something that filled the wheel well a little more. I personally like the way they look after getting them on, car doesn't sit too high, wheel wells look good without lowering it and I don't think it's too much sidewall since it's an 18" wheel. Not sure if it's due to the sidewall or the brand/model of tire, but the car rides SO much nicer now, especially on "washboard" type roads where pavement isn't so nice lol. It also doesn't dart around following the grooves in the pavement anymore.
