Ya I honestly know of one other TA in my state that has CCWs.. Clearly not everyone posts on this forum but most of the younger guys around my area with F-bodys have OEwheels or some type of replicas

Alright the start of school set me back a little bit. Books and tuition is never cheap so I decided to keep a little more cash on hand since Ill now be working less. The original poll slightly changed for me. Im now trying to decide between 18" or 19" CCW 505a, 18" CCW classics or 17" Fikse FM5s. As stated earlier 505s have always been my dream wheel. The classics and FM5s wont allow me to run a BBK but for such beautiful wheels I dont think a BBK is life or death. True Forged Chicanes have come into the mix but Im unsure about them. CCWs are still about $450 cheaper than Fikse for a larger diameter. Anyway heres some eye candy..

Classics optimizing the biggest lip possible. From what I gathered, 2.5" up front and 2.75" can be done for an F-body.


Some shiney FM5s. Only downfall is I cant afford to step up to 18s but damn their classy on F-bodys.


19" CCWs. Enough said..


True Forged, not popular in our crowd but the Stangs love them. Got quoted at a great price but stopped hearing from their rep awhile ago..


What do you boys think? Fikse won the first go around..

if you can't get the Fikse in 18" (which is what they look best in) I'd say the 18" 505a's

^I think your right. Deep down thats what I was thinking. I think it would be a dumb choice to go with 17s when Im already on 17s when I can get CCWs for $450 cheaper. I literally just saw the cheap sets Danny had and as I pmed him I saw they FM10s sold..

After not being able to make up my mind, waiting 5 months for my wheels to be built, and about 11 months since the wheels have been on the car... I finally got some pictures. I felt obligated to bump up this epic thread of nonsense with my final results.





Got another shoot tomorrow and will make a cool thread of wheel ****.

17x9.5 up front and 17x11 out back. I really dont know the offsets on them. Fikse former rep took good care of me and I ordered f-body specific and got perfect fitting wheels. Hopefully Ill make a new thread this week. My buddy is having trouble getting me the pictures from our shoot.

I would go with i forged aeros,imo the best looking fbody wheel,and you can get the 2 piece wheels for a decent price just hit up nineball,im sure he can get ya a good deal on whatever your looking for
