Default Why do my Fikse wheels have zero lip???

Picked up a set of used Fikse 18 inch Profil 5's. 18x10 and 18x12. They are vette offset, but there is like zero lip. I was expecting at least the rears to have a nice deep lip to them, but the lip is really no different than my stockers. Why is this? Is there anything I can do?

Offset is too high. Vette Fikse wheels don't have much of a lip. I'd only put fbody specific wheels on my car. Not much you can do unless you want to get new lips/hoops.

Any idea what the cost would be to do that on the rears?

at least $200 each depending on what you want. the problem is then you might have to change the inner barrel also. that doesnt include the labor of splitting the wheels apart and redoing the silicone around the hoops.
So basically like patrick said, you might want to start over if you want a nice lip. you should at least have a 2.5 inch lip in the rear for a F-body offset.

No, I saw pics of them first. In the pics, there looked to be a decent sized lip on the rears.

I'm going to get them all cleaned up tonight once I get back home and will take and post some pics tomorrow.
