heres some old pictures of mine. Not OEM sorry.

They sit nice when you lower the car! I ran a 285/30/18 in the back, but my fenders are rolled just in case you wanted more meat.

So I am planning to put a set of concave BMW wheels on my 99 Trans Am Convertible. I have done quite a bit of research on this but, I have not seen a lot of discussion on offsets. I need to run a 18" to use my tires which are great at this time (also are staggered widths). A set of wheels I found are 18x8.5 (+35) fronts and 18x9.5 (+38) rears. I was wondering if these would fit up without issues. All I had heard was to install the hub centric rings to ensure proper centering of the wheel. I have my Brembos for the front but need new wheels to run them. Thanks guys!

Those should be good. I run 28s that don't stick past the fender, and the Vette options are 48 or 50, can't remember. You're right in the sweet spot.

Thank you for the response and the reassurance! I will be ordering them in June....when I get them on, I will post up some pictures. Been doing a lot of TLC work to it (it was a little neglected.)

The Miros look soooo good. The first time I saw them on a black Trans Am, I knew there was no other wheel choice for me. Now I just need a black TA to put them on...

Brittlespeed, car looks really good, but if u don't mind could you give up some more of the specs? (wheel width, offset, tire size, lowered, etc.)

Thanks! I'm really happy with it. I was thinking of dropping it more next year with RideTech coilovers when the funds become available.

They're Miro 111s 18x9.5" with a 40mm offset with Bridgestone Potenza RE760 275/35/18.
Car is lowered with G2 front springs and the rear are stock with the hose mod.

Did you have to use hubcentric rings as well? I've heard that's a must when putting these wheels on an f-body.

Also, where did you purchase them from? I'm nervous that when I finally come across the right car, I wont be able to find them anymore

I actually didn't have to use eccentric rings. I thought I would, but there's absolutely no vibration at over 100mph. These guys constantly have them buy three get one free and are constantly in and out of stock.

Still need to let the springs settled and an alignment. On strano springs and konis on the lowest setting up front. Waiting for those umi coilovers
