Don't run the car like that, I have heard that if you hit a bump you will
bend and break the chassis in half.

J/K, you don't really need them unless you planned on driving the car like the Duke Boys.

I cut down my bumb stop to be flush and bent every thing in and re sprayed that black stuff looks stock but you have a ton of room.

I didn't cut my bump stops but I had to use the BFH mod since im lowered 3"

315/35/17. 10.5 INCH RIM. NO ISSUES. Why would you need an 11 inch rim for a 315?

Are you asking me? When I got my rims they were 17x9.5/11. So naturally I have a 315 tire on there. My car is still in the garage so haven't had a chance to drive it yet. It's lowered and I still have my OEM bump stops. Clearance seems to be okay, the way the car just sits now. However, I'm concerned that when driving it, and the rear is going up and down over bumps, that the rear rims might rub the bump stops.

Simply not true.
Get a watts link and proper bump stops.
Im running OE wheels ZR1s (17x11) with a watts link and Z28 bump stops, and no BFH'ing or cutting was required. I ended up doing a little hammering on the drivers side because I had very minor rubbing under hard turns (which leads me to think that the axle is not 100% centered - my own fault). Bump stops remain, just jack the car up by the axle if you don't want them to touch. No sense in destroying suspension geometry by doing something irreversible like cutting bumpstop mounts away to fit wheels. Get a proper fitting wheel and suspension setup and problem solved.

Do you have some side or rear shots of your car with those wheels? I'd like to see a better shot of how they look. I seriously considered some of those before I had my speedlines widened.
