If you haven't bought tires yet I would recommend the 335's. I recently added a set of 315 nittos to my trans am and can barely see the difference. I wish I would have went 335.

Stock height, widened 2000 WS.6 wheels. I did do some BFH towards the front to clear the tires and plan to cut out the bumpstops for more room. Not sure if the fenders need to be rolled, but probably wouldnt hurt. Mine were pretty banged up from the 275/40-18s that came on the car when I bought it.
