Default What wheels for Black SS???
I am in the market for some new street wheels I have an 02 black SS and before you all jump on me about searching, I have. I have narrowed it down to polished zr1 wheels 17x11s in the rear from O.E. wheels or chrome c5 z06 wheels with 18x10.5 in the rear. I am really leaning down to the polished zr1's. Let me know what you think. Pictures would be great thanks for the help.

Reason I am leaning toward the zr1's is do to 17's being a cheaper tire.

im going with the c5 staggered set from OE wheel later on. right now im running 98 SS wheels (zr1 style)

x2 on the 17" tires being cheaper. im leaning toward the 18x10.5 with a 285 wide tire cause my car is lowered and im pretty sure the 315's will rub

I like brushed aluminum or painted ZR1's. Easier to keep clean, still looks great.

polished/chromed Zr1's are just a classic choice under a car like yours,

i've had them in chrome, black,and silver

Those look great. I like them becuase they are simple. Yes alot have them but the are good looking.

I had a black 99 SS clone car with 17x9.5 and 17x11 in polished and loved the look. I have Chrome on my 99 in my sig and love them. Either choice will look great, just personal preference.

Go chrome or polished i don't like black wheels on ANY car let alone a black car. JMHO

polished on a black car , the black on black look is getting old, i had a black car with black wheels got very old , switched back to polished and i thought it looked so much better

I have 10 spokes, love them.

Before these I had Chrome ZR1's.

Those are my two favorite wheels on a black Camaro.

ZR1's are easy to find, 10 spokes are a little tougher.
