They make so much power that the only way to get down the track effectively is with controlled slip (15% give or take) so they run a tighter sidewall. This type of setup is COMPLETELY useless on 9/10/11 second cars. The sidewall geometry on a 15x10 with a 275/60 is not "ideal" and can hinder performance if the car is not setup properly. Sorry I base my info on fact, and not hearsay. I'll stop!
ok, where to begin clownshoes. How about this:

1) you are a ******* clown and one of the guys that makes this site suck with puking misinformation over and over again.
2) 4 to 5 second 1/8th mile 275 cars do run the same suspension style/design that we do. Or at least people who know how to bolt on aftermarket suspension parts from BMR, Wolfe, Racecraft Inc., Spohn, etc. Nice try retard.
3) beadlocks have absolutely nothing to do with this tire working on a 10" wide wheel. If you run them on a 12" wide wheel (yes, some guys do), then you may need beadlocks to keep the sidewall stable.
4) you "reason" for guys running wide wheels on these tires is WAY ******* WRONG. As stated by others that know, its to put as wide of a contact patch on the ground. WTF are you talking about with this bullshit of "slip?" Please explain? Radial tires are very very sensitive to wheel speed. The moment you start spinning a radial, its pretty much over. 15% slip means blowing the tires away. And how exactly are you measuring slip? lol. again, clownshoes.
5) Could you explain how one creates a "tighter sidewall?" Of course you cant. How about "sidewall geometry?" Again, no, clowns cants.
6) How about we line our cars up and i will show up with 275 on 10" wide wheels (actually mine are 10.25) and i will show you my taillights? I mean, its an easy win since my sidewall geometry is all wrong. You know i am local to you. Bring as much money as you want, I will lock it in.

Facts? The only thing you are bringing is **** you have heard from retards and reading M/T's website which is presented for liability purposes. Please stop posting stupid bullshit "facts" on this site and base it on vague terms to hide behind the fact that you are a ham and egger and dont know anything about drag racing.

Thanks.

Good reply clown. I figured you couldn't back up any of your "facts." Come to the track and tell all these racers how they are doing it wrong too. ***** aren't involved in this. What is involved is you running your **** sucker telling everyone they are wrong when its your tourist *** that is wrong. Just tuck your tail between your legs and be quiet. We have all been wrong before. Myself included. I just was able to admit it.

They made this tire for x275 guys so if you can't get them to hook on a low 10sec car it's not the tires fault. Run them

That "radial" will snap necks...A heavy morning dew will probably have you squirrelly however. Very nice

This tire is pretty much equal to a hoosier dot radial. like said, if your 10 second car spins this tire, its the suspension setup. A friend of mine has a 275 radial car and he tried these mickeys out and he lost a few tenths due to the tire, he went back to hoosiers, but this is on a car that runs the 8th in 4.7 seconds.
