Default Black or Chrome C6 Z06s for Silver F-Body??

Always told myself I'd never make one of these threads, but I'm so on the fence it's come to that point.
I'm trying to decide what finish of wheels I should get for my silver bird.

I'm debating between black:

or chrome:

I've always liked black wheels, but am wondering if they'd look out of place on my bird which doesn't have much black to it except for CETA paint.
Advice, opinions and pics appreciated!

Here's my car for reference:

I personally like chrome wheels, but that's just me. Everyone sees things differently, but I think that the black rim trend may be getting a little played out.

Chrome wheels seem more timeless in my eyes, but beauty is certainly in the eye of the beholder.

You already have chrome wheels so it wont be much different than what you have now.

I say black so you have some contrasting color. Would look nice with how your lower back bumper is black.

I plan on going black with my C5 Z06 wheels on my white Trans Am. Would compliment my white and black theme nicely.

You can't go wrong, both look good, I'm personally not a fan of C6 Z06 wheels but black would look better than chrome imo. Not to mention it would be cheaper, easier to clean, and lighter... Chrome is heavy

IMO, go polished. Chrome is too flashy and black looks like *** 99.99% of the time.

As far as black or chrome, chrome every day of the week and twice on sundays.

Black IS played out. It can look good, but IMO you have to have a PERFECT stance, and it has to be a mesh type wheel. Again, this is just my opinion, to each their own.

Good to hear you already lowered it. Now pull those tips in a little more under the fender!
