Default Any trouble running this spacer?

Wanna run this type of spacer on the rear for a set of OEM 04 z06 wheels.

http://www.summitracing.com/parts/TRD-4082/

Any issues? Would a 1/8" be safer? Car is bone stock. Want the wheels to be similar to stock offset. Can anyone recommend a set of lugs to go with it for some better grabbing.

They are the OEM 295 Goodyear tires.

I wanna do the same thing to my rear wheels, I want them to stick out a little bit more and i don't think that would be a big change to have to change lugs. Subbing for experienced opinions!

I would personally only use adapter style spacers.

My recommendation is to upgrade the stock studs to the longer and stronger ARP studs. There are 1.5" and 2.5" ARP studs - even the 1.5" is longer than stock. This way you can run thicker spacers safely. I think it's even cheaper than adapter spacers too.

I didn't have any luck trying to run a 1/4" spacer with C5 replicas and stock studs. Wasn't at all comfortable with how short the studs were. I would either buy new studs or use adapter type spacers. Maybe 1/8" would be better but I don't think I would be comfortable even then.

Consider a hub-centric spacer if you can, too. Spacers and drive wheels can be problematic, sometimes.
