Default Refinishing These Rims

Picked up some new rims today!

Been looking for these rims since February and finally found em!

Going to mount them tomorrow for test fitting and get some pics.

Plans are to fix the dent, curb rash and get new front tires. Going to powder coat them hyper silver.

ASA JH8 19x8.5 / 19x9.5

Took me months to find a set of these rims in our bolt pattern. I originally wanted Axis Hiro's but these are pretty much identical.

The left side is the new rims and the right side is the 315's, need to adjust the shocks I think, sits pretty low.

I like them too. After you get them powder coated hyper silver, they are going to look even better. If you don't mind me asking, where did you find them at and what did you pay?

I found them on Miami, Florida's Craigslist. And I'll PM you the price.

I used http://www.searchtempest.com/ to search every Craigslist site.

Took them to the tire shop, guy couldn't get the rims off so I had to leave them there.

Should have them back tomorrow and I'll be taking them to the other shop to get them finished Thursday.

You got a great deal on them for sure. I'm curious as to how much total you'll have into them once the repair work/powder coating is finished. They are going to look good, and unique, which is always good in my book.

It's gonna be a lot lol..

I had to go to FOUR tire shops to get all the tires off. 2 places tried and failed. 1 place got the fronts off but not the rear. And the last place got the rears off.

Total = $35 for just removing tires

But once I buy front tires the one shop will refund me $20 for dismounting / mounting since it comes with the tires.

Taking them to powder coated and the one rim straightened either Friday / Saturday / Tuesday.

Why would you dump $400-800 in a set of cheap wheels?

There discontinued and I like them. And I don't like my current set up, and all the rims I would want vs these cost like $3,000+ bucks

It will look really close to this when done.

These are the actual rims, the spokes are a little bigger.
