19x10's On All 4 Corners Firebird Formula *PICS NEEDED*
I know there's a bunch of threads pertaining to rims size, tires, fitment etc. But i'm looking specifically for firebird formula pictures with 19x10's all the way around. I'm not too familiar with these cars but i'm looking to not have much wheel gap when I get these rims and tires installed, my car has stock suspension too. What kind of modifications am I looking at on the back to fit 19x10 OE Wheels c6 Z06 Deep Dish replicas with let's say a 315 tire on the back, height is unknown since i'm not sure what's best as far as filling that wheel gap and avoiding rubbing issues. Now for the front 19x10's identical to the rear but a smaller tire, thinking 295 or 285? Here the car that will be getting these rims.

offset is 8.06 whatever that means, longer studs won't bother me, i'm mainly worried about the front rubbing with regular daily driving, I don't take any sharp turns but still don't wanna have issues, also do you think the front's being 10" wide will stick out?

ok so i've narrowed it down to these two combinations, either 19x10's all the way around with 315x30 on the back, and I believe 285x30 in the front, or 19x10's on the back with 315x30 and 18x8.5 with 285x35 on the front. Let me know what you guys think of both combination! Oh and the rims are deep dish c6 z06 replica by OEwheels.

That way you would be able to rotate and have a great traction..
I'm personally going with Forgestar CF5 in 18X10 wrapped in 295/35/18s

yes 315 would fit a 10.5 width. 18X10.5 are flush on the front and I talked to a guy on here with 18X10.5s all the way around and doesn't rub. and he has 295/35s. Thats where I got the idea from.

I sold my C6 19x10 rims to the guy with the car pictured hear. The rims were stock C6 19x10's with 79mm offset, so a 1.25" spacer/adapter was needed to make them fit. The tires are 275/30/19. I got rid of the set-up because of how rough it rode AND I couldn't get traction due to lack of sidewall on a 30 series tire. I like the look, but I'm now a firm beleiver that 18" rims is really the largest a 4th Gen. F-Body should go with due to ride and traction issues...

ok well after reading a little more and seeing a few more pictures i'm pretty set on running 18's all the way around, now my question is, 18x10.5's all the way around with 295/35/18 tires on all four, are camaros, firebirds, firehawks, transams all the same as far as fitment or will some fit bigger tires/rims combos than others? My main worry is running a 10.5" rim up front, don't want it sticking out but really want the look of a fat lip up front.

Also running the 295/35 will give you a better ride than anything on a 19" wheel
for example
295/35/18 OD- 26.13"
295/30/19 OD-25.97"
295/35/18 Sidewall height-4.06"
295/30/19 Sidewall height-3.48"
now I know .5 inches doesn't seem like a lot but talk to guys who have had both 18s and 19s and I'm pretty sure they'll say the 18s were a less harsh ride than the 19s
just my $0.02

ok here's another question I have, do camaro's have smaller wheel wells than firebirds? or do firebirds have smaller wheel wells than transams? I ask this because I see some cars that the ride height seems the same, same tire/rim size combination and yet one has much much more gap than the other, perfect example are these two cars, I took these pictures off of the OE wheels thread, this car I believe has 18's on the back and 17's on the front
and this one has 18's all the way around
both cars seem to be about the same height, and if my car turns out to have as much wheel gap as the green one in this picture, i'm afraid I won't be able to correct it with lowering spring as my car already sits pretty low.
