Default Rims Are Installed With Pics! 18x10.5 C5 DD Polished 10/23/2013

Ordered 4 of the polished C5 deep dish 18x10.5 all the way around, now my predicament is, what tires should I run, not looking to spend more than 300 dollars per tire, should I run 295x35x18 all the way around so I can rotate them or should I run a bigger tire on the back? Also want the rear tires to be just as tall if not a little taller than the fronts. Ohh and will I need to replace my studs with longer ones?

If i go with 295x35x18 all the way around i'm looking into the BFG T/A KDW 2 or the Bridgestone Potenza RE760 Sport. If I go with a bigger tire on the back i'm not sure what tires I want yet.

Not real familiar with that size but IMO keep them all the same size, the staggered tire looks good with the staggered wheels otherwise its pointless. Also I don't think you'll need longer studs since you won't have to run spacers with those sizes, don't quote me on that tho.

I would stick with 295-35/18. You can run bigger, but they will be expensive. Not many street tires in 305-35/18. I would run the Nitto Invo's or NT05's if it was me. KDW2's are really good too though. What are your mods and how much power are you making? How do you drive the car?

Right now the car is 100% bone stock. I plan on upgrading the suspension as my funds allow and also the motor. But for the time being I'm doing rims tires and maybe lowering springs. I drive the car normal, sometimes I get on it on straights and take it to the dragstrip occasionally, every once in a while ill take it through a turn pretty fast to see how much I can push the current tires but they don't hold too well also with stock suspension it's not that great.

I would just run the Invo's, NT05's, or the KDW2's then. They should be perfectly fine for what you are wanting.

Is BFH or a spacer needed for 295s?

It's more about the wheel offset than tire size. I'm running 315/30 18s and interfered in one small area approx 2" in dia on the inner fender.

Yep. My wheels had little BFH to do. But I had to roll the fenders heavily.

well rims are here! ordered them on 10/10/2013 and received them today 10/14/2013. Rims are damn beautiful and look much bigger than I expected, kinda nervous to see if they fit without spacers or if I need longer studs. Pictures do them no justice, these rims are no joke. Now onto my experience with OE wheels, great customer service, contacted them without any issues, was a slight issue on my part with payment and they called me within 5 minutes of making the order to clarify everything, fast shipping. Wouldn't hesitate at all to purchase again!

Yeah the 295's should work well. Both tires are good performers but I like the tread pattern on the KDW2.

How much does one of those rims weight? If you don't mind, throwing it on the scale I would appreciate it!

BFG G-Force Rivals are about $290/tire from tire rack, but they are an extreme performance tire. same treadwear rating as the NT05s though.

Looks good. Wish I had gotten the 18" DD in the C5's but for my situation, I couldn't get them.
