I sold my AR 18" TT2s a little while back so I've been on the search for a new wheel/tire combo. I have a set of stock 16" chrome 5-spokes which would certainly give a slight sleeper look and my RT-S drag setup wouldn't be ideal for street driving. I put images of different wheels I liked in my office and took a poll almost every day to determine which one caught my eye first. I decided to pick up a set of CCW 505a's. I've loved these wheels for a while and after getting them on my car, I'm confident I made the right choice.

I took it for its first ride today to a monthly NJ F-body meet (NJFBOA.org). The car has never driven better honestly. The DA shocks front and rear really help with getting the ride dialed in. I picked up a set of Brakemotive front and rear rotors/ceramic pads which I may be taking off the car. I have an annoying squeal which oddly isn't going away. I bed them per the instructions but I never had this issue with a set of Napa premium rotors and pads. Perhaps the runout on these are terrible causing the issue. Anyway, that is easy to sort out so I'm not going to lose sleep over it.

Front - 19x10, 285/30 Nitto Invo
Rear - 19x11 305/30 Toyo R888

I don't need a very sticky tire up front. I do not auto-x the car so no need for anything crazy IMO.

Thanks! I've loved these wheels for a while and while they are popular online, I have never seen a set in person. I'm really happy with how these look.

Really loving this thread bc it reassures me i made the right choice as I have the EXACT wheels sitting next to me stacked up by my bed, chrome plated too but corvette offset unfortunately. They look great, Props!
