19/20 CCW 505A on my Viper blue TA She finally has some nice wheels she's always deserved. 
Front - 19x10.5", 2" lip, 37mm offset (To clear my 14" Brembos) 275/30/19
Rear - 20x11.5", 3" lip, 60mm offset (Car is mini tubbed) 325/25/20 Michelin Super Sports
The fronts are flush with the fender and the rears are tucked in 5mm.
295/30/19 Bridgestone VS 325/25/20 Michelin
Yes, my car has custom true duals w/cutouts built completely by me.

Thanks guys! Some of you might have seen my posts on Facebook on pages such as LS Nation. Interestingly, not a single negative comment over 20's or they're too big. I know that is suppose to be taboo around here. I think when its done correctly, it's pure sex. Corvettes have 20's, Ferrari's and other exotics have them too. The car rides amazingly well.
Strano Bilstein shocks/ Eibach prokit. Mine never had an issue sagging. Stock rubber spring perches still in the rear. Hell, the rear tire is 26.3" tall even. The fronts measure stock size at 25.7".

That looks absolutely amazing. I would do something with that front side marker light though it sticks out like a sore thumb.
Is your CETA mod done in gloss black? Makes me wanna change mine now that I see it in gloss.

Thanks all.
Your old wheels on Furious1's TA was the final push I needed to reinforce my idea.
I assure you the amber side marker is much uglier and sticks out horribly.
Yes, my bumper is done up in a metallic gloss black. I wouldn't have it any other way.
