New skins has arrived for the Bogart Eliminators. Gonna have to wait before mounting them as I'm still waiting on the front wheels to be made and shipped. On a side note I just ordered a set of Hoosier 28/10.5x15 drag slicks from Summit Racing at the bargain price of $714.43 for the D10's on the 99 car. With any luck I'll be making some passes this summer in Baytown after the NHRA Spring Nationals in late April. Word has it they'll keep the track open to the public for Friday nights for the remainder of the year. Fingers crossed.
After all this waiting I'm finding out that the rear wheels are hitting the front of the brake caliper. Sure wish I checked this when they arrived in November and unfortunately I cannot grind enough on the calipers to remedy this without messing up the calipers and spacers are absolutely out of the question. I had zero issues with the D10's so I'm led to believe that these aren't built correctly for the 4th Gen F-body and will need to be corrected to work. Was planning a trip to Baytown this coming Friday to see if I can get the 01 into the 10's but it's going to have to wait..
What is the price for Bogart BeadLock Rear Wheels.
They are fine!
Purchased them last year around 9/21 at $1050 per wheel. Had some fender rolling and then a little massage to the inner wheel wells but they compliment the car nicely.
So far I haven't had any issues with the ABS INOP light coming on.
