Gunmetal wheels on a black car? (I NEED pics)
Hey everyone. I want to do something unique with my car when I get new wheels, so I've decided gunmetal might be interesting. Not quite as monotone as all black, but still stealthy. I'm thinking of either the gunmetal ZR1's with the polished lip or the gunmetal C5/Y2K's. However, I don't want 18's in the back, so I was thinking of picking up a set of 17" x 8" C5's and having the rears widened to 9.5". Any opinions? Also, I need pics of black cars with gunmetal wheels. Thanks.

I was thinking of a different shade of gunmetal. Almost just a really dark grey. The color of those C5 wheels kinda clashes with the black.
Have you thought of doing black chrome?

I was thinking about getting some darker colored wheels for my Z28 but decided against it. I think when you do that there is just too much black and you loose a lot of the lines in the car. They would have to be spotless or it would make the car seem dirty all the time. I like black cars with the contrast of a lighter wheel although I think darker wheels look better on C5's than fbodies.
