GSD3s or Nitto DRs?
Keep in mind BFG drag radials will only last around 5,000 miles, you may get a couple more thousand out of the nittos but not much more, and at the sacrifice of traction. The GS-D3's should last a good 10-20k depending on driving style.
Maybe, and I hope, you'll have better luck with the BFG DR than I did.

To be honest, if the track is somewhat prepped I would think you would do fine.. I know you'll do much better than if you ran street tires!!

They've only been on for a month or so, but they sure don't seem anywhere near as sticky as the Nittos on the street. I hope to hit the strip in the next month or so, and we'll see if they at least perform close to the Nittos there...
If you haven't ordered your tires yet though, I highly recommend the Nitto 555R2 up front... :yup:
Have you thought about just buying another set of wheels for the track ? I picked up an extra set of used wheels for the rear and threw the Nitto's on those.

and thats a few track passes(mad burnouts) and some heavy street driving
