Where to get open end lug nuts?!?!?!

Where to get open end lug nuts?!?!?! I can't believe how simple this is yet no one has them.
I am looking for a 12 mm x 1.5 2" in length, Conical lug nuts, in chrome for my Fikse rims.
I have seen them on e-bay so I know they make them. I should have bought them, but 50 bux for a set of 20 seemed high.
Any ideas who can get them, or who makes them? Any sponsors carry them?!?

Its not a matter of what lug nut will fit. I can use a standard 12mm x 1.5 acron style conical lug nut. I am needing to find a 12mm x 1.5 conical lug nut open end thats 2"-2.5" in length cause I am going to use ARP 2.5" wheel studs.

Why on earth would you want open lugs. 80% of the stripped wheel bolts I've seen were due to open lugs letting dirt, grime, brake dust, and all other sorts of crap in there. If you insist on them for some odd reason any auto parts shop should have them in that size.

Long studs will cause a closed end lug nut to bottom out before it will secure the rim to the hub. I have to run longer studs for the Weld Draglites (skinnies).
