Question has anybody tried these tires

i was thinking of buying the new firestone firehawk wide oval tires they look pretty good and are not to bad in price. does anybody have these tires on their cars just want to know how good they are on dry condentions when goin fast lol

One word..FIRESTONE...hehe..nahh i dont know if they are good or not but i just stay away from their tires...i know it was prolly a one time thing but still that bothers me

I was looking at them myself. Did a lot of reseach and found alot of good reviews. Havent found a bad review yet.

i have called alot of local tire shops and they all say these are excellent tires! i might haft to try them out

Yes I had them. 295/35/18's to be exact. They were somewhat sticky and not a bad performing tire, but I only had them for a couple weeks before I sold the wheels to my dad.

For the price I'd get them.

If you could send some pics of the tires / wheels, their condition, etc. Your asking price and shipping estimate to zip 15650 Latrobe PA if you are willing to ship...

That was my view, until I needed tires. I got them from tirerack, and I've been very impressed. I haven't had many different tires to compare them to, but they have not left me disappointed. They hook pretty well wet, dry, or on gravel. I also like the built in rim guard. Wish the OEM tires had had that.

Just make sure you go to a good place to get them mounted. The idiots at Allied jacked my car from the fender weld . The appearance has been restored, but I've got a little bit of a rattle occasionaly that I didn't have before.

ok guys i bought the firestone wide ovAL tires for the rear 295/35/18. BUT NOW WHAT DO I DO ABOUT THE FRONT TIRES FIRESONE DOES NOT MAKE THE SIZE I WANT 275/35/18? I HAVE DONE SOME RESEARCH AND FOUND OUT THAT THE DUNLOP DIREZZA DZ101 275/35/18 LOOK ALOT ALIKE, WILL TWO DIFFERNT KINDS OF TIRES MAKE MY CAR LOOK FUNNY THANKS TREVOR
