Default Painted or Powder Coated

I want charcoal metallic TTII's, but I want them to retain the polished aluminum or (chrome) look of the regular ones. Do I want powdercoated or painted rims? Post pics if possible.
Thanks

u should paint old or inexpensive rims. if u want something to look great and last long and be durable get them powdercoated, u can even do it yourself for cheaper then a shop.

Powder coat. The paint won't hold up as well as the powder coating will. I have powdercoated TT2s and I really like them.

Wow that looks pretty good. I am trying to decide between quite a bit of wheels myself, im looking at the TTII's, TTII's with painted center, cragar SS, or just going with the cloned Eagle Alloys TTII's. I wonder if I could get the cragar SS powdercoated in the center too.. hmm..

Powder coating is the way to go, but good work can get a little pricey . You can paint you TTII's for a fraction of the cost...I got mine done for FREE, but thats because my friend and I painted mine...etching primer...base coat...clear coat.
