Default Anybody know if a good place to burn the tires off around sacramento

I am wanting to smoke my tires of and catch it on video. I am trying to be very cautious because i had my 1994 formula taken away by the police for peeling out . Since here it is considered exhibition of speed to peel out or pass on the right this is what i was told by the police. Anyone know of any good places to do some peeling out ? Thanks Nic

no offense, but I doubt a public forum is the best place to advertise a good area.

Just go to some old business complex in the back would be my best suggestion but then again I don't live there.

I don't know how drastically different you left coastians are, but in Virginia Beach, I feel pretty safe peeling out deeper in the little residential areas, usually in a court so you know everyone that has gone in and out.

But check to make sure there isn't a way that someone can report your plate, VA has a law that the cops have to catch you in the act

LOL great ideas guy i like them all i have yet to do my burnout since i am waiting untill i start my job at this tire store then i will get my discount on the tires i ordered which are falkens. The tires that i have on there now are mismatch 1 michilin pilot sport and 1 bridgestone potenza re750 both have between 3/32 ans 5/32 on them so i am going to smoke them off so that way i get my use out of them. I wonder how long it will take to make them bald ? How long is to long of a Burnout ? Is 30 seconds going to be too much ? Thanks guys. Nic

30 seconds is my normal burnout. I don't measure my tread life in miles, I measure it in months.

Shred 'em till you get sparks from the radial, then limp home, or limp around the corner and change the tires.

Hey man, which Falken are you getting? I had some and the look good but they are some shitty tires. No traction for anything. Exp. in the rain if you drive it in the rain. I'd use them tires for burn outs and get some better tires for driving around. You may have a better experience then me but I know few that like them tires!

If anyone else has .02 on the Falkens please step in!

The Sacramento speedway, would be the best and safest place.

Have fun...

With all the construction going on out here, just find a an area that is being developed with no people living there yet. Nobody should be anywhere near you.

Find Some Old Warehouse And Light Them Up Till You Get The Sparks For The Steel Belt. Then Put On Another Set To Get Home Or To Get Your New Tires. Your Not Ruthless Till You Blow A Tire Out While Smoken Em Off.
