Do they have tires on them? I really doubt there 18's prolly 17's go try and put an 18" tire on them and see what happens. Oh and as far as the width their prolly 9. You need to measure from inside the lip. My conclusion their normal ws6 rims, but maybe i'm wrong.

The actual tire it self will tell you.
What does it say on the tire?
Can you get any pics of the wheels?

If you're measuring the wheel incorrectly, it's very possible the wheel is a 17x9, but you're measuring it to be 18x10. For the width, measure from the inside of the lips. A 9" wide wheel is really 10" wide and will measure 10" from outside lip to outside lip. Same goes for the face of the rim. A 17" wheel will measure 18" from edge to edge. Otherwise, maybe they're just aftermarket 18" WS6 look-a-like rims?

remember when you're measuring wheels to not include the lip when you're measuring height, and not to include the lip when measuring width. Only the space between the lips.

It sounds like you have a 17x9 of some kind, although you can certainly get a wheel widened. Pics would be extremely helpful.
