i have a similar situation. is it possible to weld to add on to rim in areas that have been curbed i know aluminum tends to warp when welded.

I did this project a couple of months ago and i followed the steps as posted. My wheels turned out great, polishing is the only thing that is going to take you some time but the finished project is amazing!

Will this work or at least the polishig part for the inside of the stock wheel?
Can you get that shine on the inside?

You have to polish them more as there is nothing to protect them from oxidizing.....its worth it to me as they look a ton better.

I plan on doing this on my speedlines just wondering how often you need to polish them before they start to oxidize again?

I stripped mine with the tires on.. Just make sure you take them off the car LOL

I was wondering if this would work on the factory monte ss wheel ill attach a pic i have different wheels on it cause i hate the fat spokes and that they were never that shiney just seems like a waste to ruin a good wheel if it wont?
