Default what do you guys think

i have a guy trying to sell me vette rims with good tires for 500
however 17 on the front and 18 on the back do any of you run different size rims? are there any down sides?

Yeah your speedo may be off, but that should be an easy fix, other than that $500 sounds like a great deal!!!

Try posting in the wheels and tires forum, might have more info there.

its already off due to my gear install

Plenty of people do it. As long as the diameter is the same there won't be any speedometer or ABS problems. The only downside is you can't rotate them.

If they are the stock OEM rims I heard you need a spacer in the rear for the correct offset. Not 100% sure though.

naa...just need the Big ****** Hammer to correct the fitment issues

Many people run staggered 17/18 wheels. Vettes of course come that way stock. Speedo might be off just a touch, but not too far.

I run 17's in the front and 18's in the back...or well used to run them.

Never had any issues.
