Got my C6 18's On!!
Put the C6's on a few days ago and finally got around to taking pictures yesterday. I had 215 snow tires on it before these...what a difference. Tires are 275/35/r18 Vredestein Ultrac. Never heard of them but reviews were good online and the tread pattern is nice...reviews said comparable to the Goodyear GSD3s ( we'll see about that). Enjoy and let me know what you think.

nope, mine is definetley bright Green metallic. the pictures don't really capture the color. Sometimes its really really dark green but bright too. Its definetly not the teal color, I was parked next to a LT1 Bird with that color and it was definetly different.

No rubbing at all. I bought them from a non sponsor on Ebay, if you want the name PM me. They were $1350 shipped.
I thought they would rub too because I read the tires are wider than a normal 275...the ebay auction had a pic comparing these to a 295 toyo proxy showing similar size. Kinda bull shitty to me but none the less...
They bolted right up no issues and turn fine. No rubbing front or rear, striaght or full turn. I believe the 275s were stock on SS's for all four tires, so no worries. The details are 18" x 9.5" (+56mm offset with 7.45" backspacing) @ 5x120.65mm.

BTW I only posted that pic above as what they said in the ebay add. I personally think its a camera angle trick for suckers, but whatever. I like them and they fit/ride excellent.
PS 200+ views and only 3 comments? do they look that bad?

They look great because they are NOT blingy chrome like everyone else seems compelled to get. I always thought those wheels, in silver (or anthracite/charcoal) would look good on our cars, your set up proves it!!

Two boxes, 115 lbs each. 57.5 lbs per wheel/tire mounted balanced. No idea if that is heavy or not...I would think so.
I agree that the silver looks better than the chrome. The chromies look nice too, but I like the understanded look better. Im a big fan of clean thin 5 spokes.
