Your favorite icon of wheel drooldom is now a site sponsor of LS1TECH.com
Now, lets take the time to learn how to spell the name, since most people get it wrong.
F-I-K-S-E, yes Fik-se and not Fis-ke
It is pronounced FIX-SEE

Absolutely gorgeous!! The first time I saw them was in '94-'95, on the black 383 Formula Firebird that Lingenfelter was sending around the magazines for "flogging".
The following year, I got my '96 Z-28, and the first thing to go were the OE "salad shooter" wheels. Called Fikse, talked to their customer rep, a very nice guy. He gave me all the tech info, and refered me to the closet dealer. I call dealer, get price, fall over on floor...$2400...10 years ago!! HOLY CRAP!!
Unfortunately, I just couldn't afford them, as nice as they are.

The FM/5 is still my favorite wheel. I'd love a set, but I'm quite attached to the organs I'd have to sell to afford them. I know they're worth every penny, but they're out of my tax bracket.
